Pastor Duane Jordan
Pastor Duane Jordan


Pastor Duane Jordan is the founding pastor of Boulder City Assembly of God Church.  He and Fran came to Boulder City from Prineville, Oregon to plant this church.  He truly is a man who has a heart after God.  He loves people and he loves his Lord.  He is a Spirit filled man who has a vision for BCA in Boulder City.  Pastor Jordan is a man of strength and purpose and is Spirit driven to fulfill what God has called he and Fran to do in Boulder City.

Dean Markland, a former Assemblies of God pastor, is our Pastor of Prayer and Visitation.  God has given Dean an incredible gift of ministering to people in hospitals and care centers.  He has a faith that has come from a diligence in seeking God.  He is a great friend to all he ministers to.   If you need prayer or you are in need please contact him through the church or Reach him at his email address on the contact page.

Fran Jordan is our co-pastor...She and Pastor have been married 21 years and have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.  Both lost their former spouses to death 22 years ago and God lovingly brought Duane and Fran together.  They are still so in love and in love with what Jesus is doing in the lives of people in Boulder City Assembly.  Fran is in charge of Children's Ministries and helps in Women's Ministry.  She is an accomplished musician and a joy to know!


Pastor Gil Pries, is an ordained Assemblies of God minister who is working with Boulder City Assembly as our follow-up pastor.  He uses the phone to reach those who have visited or are in need of a call from one of our pastors.  He is also the Commander of Boulder City Assembly's Royal Ranger Outpost #219 which he help found with the help of Lance Kirol and Monte Mehlorn.  It is a thriving outpost, growing quicker than we can make space available.  Pastor Gil is an accomplished organist and guitar player having composed a number of worship hymns and choruses.  Contact him through his email address.

Jason and Kirstie, our youth pastors!  This couple have proved themselves faithful and dedicated to the youth of Boulder City by several years of working with former youth pastors.   Each week at least 25 youth meet to worship Jesus Christ with them. 

 They are blessed with a support team made up of people like Tara and Adrianne.   

They are all so amazing!  BCA is so blessed to have them as our youth ministry team!

Harriet Markland is Boulder City Assembly's Office Manager and all around support team for every ministry in our Church.  She works Monday through Friday in the church office coordinating all the communication of all the departments and ministry groups.  She publishes a weely directory of events called a bulletin which keeps us all informed of church events.  She is the welcome face that all see when first coming into the church offices.

She also is the Nursery director where she cares for the babies and toddlers as though they were her own.  She is an amazing woman of God.

Pastor and Fran's son and wife, Jonathan and Rebekah Jordan live in Okinawa.  Also two granddaughters are also there, so the time zone in Japan is very important to them.  The time and date above is Tokyo time.
